Una nueva edición de los British Independent Film Awards (BIFA) anunció su lista de nominados. La gala se celebrará el 4 de diciembre y se premian a los mejores representantes del cine independiente británico. Aftersun, la opera prima de Charlotte Wells con Paul Mescal y Frankie Corio es la principal candidata con 16 nominaciones, quedandose a una del record que estableció Saint Maud en el 2020 con 17. Por otro lado The Wonder, Blue Jean, Living y Good Luck to You, Leo Grande, serán también protagonistas de la gala.
